Erik ten Hag has dealt with Alejandro Garnacho internally after the 19-year-old forward ‘liked’ tweets criticizing the Dutch coach.

During the half-time break of the away match against Bournemouth, Alejandro Garnacho was substituted off the pitch due to an ineffective performance.

After the game, Garnacho’s social media account ‘liked’ tweets questioning Ten Hag’s substitution decision from a YouTuber named Mark Goldbridge.

This raised concerns within the Manchester United dressing room regarding Garnacho’s attitude and inappropriate behavior on social media.

However, the young Argentine talent is said to not be the one ‘liking’ the criticism of Ten Hag’s substitution decision, but rather someone within his management team.

In the latest development, a spokesperson for Manchester United confirmed that the issue has been internally addressed by Coach Ten Hag and resolved satisfactorily.

There is currently no confirmation regarding whether Alejandro Garnacho has been disciplined according to the club’s rules.

Explaining the early substitution decision, Coach Ten Hag stated, “I felt the need to fix the right wing after the first 45 minutes. We didn’t play well and left too much space for the opponents. In order to regain control, I needed to bring on a different substitute.”
