Real Madrid seems to have finally succeeded in their pursuit of Kylian Mbappe, marking a significant breakthrough after years of failed attempts. Although no official confirmation has been made, Mbappe has reportedly expressed his desire to leave PSG and has an agreement in place with Real Madrid, the club of his dreams.
One key factor in Mbappe’s decision was the influence of Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos. Having played together at PSG, Ramos played a pivotal role in guiding Mbappe towards a move to Spain. However, his involvement goes beyond that. It has been revealed that Ramos is assisting Mbappe in finding a new home and the two are currently in negotiations for the purchase of Ramos’ luxury residence in La Moraleja, Madrid.
The estimated value of Ramos’ house is around €18 million, significantly higher than other properties in the area. Initially, Ramos had no intention of selling his prized property, but approaches from Mbappe’s entourage changed his mind. Negotiations are now taking place between Mbappe’s mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, and Ramos’ brother, Rene.
The house is believed to meet all of Mbappe’s requirements in terms of comfort and security, making it an ideal investment for him. The agreement for the real estate transaction was reportedly reached within the past two weeks. However, the finalization of the deal is contingent upon Mbappe’s move to Real Madrid and will only be completed once the player’s transfer is officially announced.
The announcement of Mbappe’s signing is currently on hold and will be made after PSG’s campaign in the UEFA Champions League comes to an end.
