Marc Guehi, Manchester United’s defensive target, is reportedly looking to leave Crystal Palace this summer.

United’s defence has been a nightmare this season, leaking 84 goals, and with an FA Cup final against Manchester City on the horizon, there’s a chance more anguish will follow.

There has been a rotating door of centre backs as no one has been able to remain fit consistently, resulting in a variety of combinations throughout the season.

However, United’s issues have also been attributed to poor form and unusual tactical decisions by manager Erik ten Hag.

As a result, Raphael Varane will leave the club after tomorrow’s cup final, and Jonny Evans, Harry Maguire, and Victor Lindelof may possibly depart.

Jarrad Branthwaite, Jean-Clair Todibo, and Tosin Adarabioyo have all been linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer.

Palace’s Guehi is another name that has been mentioned frequently in relation to United, and it was reported yesterday that the defender’s asking price is £60 million.

The defender describes himself as “strong and comfortable on the ball,” which is something the United defense desperately needs.

Guehi was limited to only 29 games last season due to injury, which is something he will want to improve if he is to join a bigger club this summer or in the near future.
