Previously residing in Paris near the Trocadéro, with a picturesque view of the Eiffel Tower, Mbappé will now call La Finca in Madrid home, a highly secure enclave where many Madrid players including Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, and predecessors like Karim Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Sergio Ramos reside.v

It’s been reported that Mbappé may have acquired Gareth Bale’s former villa, though the exact transaction amount remains undisclosed. This residence, once owned by Kaka, boasts an estimated value of around eight million euros due to its prime location in the luxurious “Lagos” area and numerous amenities.

Spanning three levels with a total area of ​​1,500 square meters, including 400 in the basement, Mbappé’s new home features four bedrooms, a spacious reception room, a gym, and a swimming pool with whirlpools.
