The French forward, whose name was absent from the registration list for the FA Cup final last weekend, is preparing to become a free agent.

Anthony Martial has been beloved by many Red Devils fans since his impressive solo goal against Liverpool in his debut match back in 2015. However, despite a promising start, Martial has not developed as expected, despite being consistently trusted by several Manchester United managers to lead the attack.

Continuous injuries have led to Martial’s declining form, coupled with a lack of effort to improve, causing him to gradually lose his place at Old Trafford.

This summer, Martial’s contract with Manchester United officially expires (with a salary of £200,000 per week). The Manchester-based club has decided not to renew it, allowing the 28-year-old forward to leave on a free transfer.
