Declan Rice was spotted capturing moments from England’s training session as Gareth Southgate’s squad geared up for their upcoming match against Denmark. Following their 1-0 victory over Serbia in the opening game of Euro 2024, England is focused on securing another win to advance to the knockout stages.

Rice shared the photos he took with teammates Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold. Later, Bellingham and Alexander-Arnold recreated their goal celebration from the Serbia match.

Despite England’s somewhat imperfect performance against Serbia, Gareth Southgate finds positives in their win. He faces key decisions, such as whether to continue with Phil Foden on the left wing after his subdued impact in the previous match. Conor Gallagher, who came on as a substitute against Serbia, is pushing for a starting spot in midfield. The fitness of Luke Shaw for the left-back position remains uncertain.

Looking ahead, Brentford manager Thomas Frank has cautioned that Denmark will be motivated by a sense of injustice stemming from their encounter with England at Euro 2020. England had reached the final, where they triumphed with a controversial penalty awarded to Raheem Sterling, and converted by Harry Kane.

After their match against Denmark, England will wrap up their group stage against Serbia on June 25th.
