According to rumors, Manchester United are closing in on a deal to sign Crystal Palace playmaker Samuel Lusale.
According to the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils want to boost its youth academy and intend to bring in no less than four promising players.
According to MEN, Manchester United are close to signing Eagles forward Samuel Lusale.
Last season, the 16-year-old winger appeared seven times for the London club in the U-18 Premier League.
In addition, he competed in the FA Youth Cup first round against Hull City. The teenager has yet to register a Palace account.
Still, Lusale is ranked very highly by his representatives, Roc Nation, who compliment the player and state (via MEN).
“(Lusale is) a quick, dynamic winger who is regarded as one of the most exciting attacking players in the UK at under-16 level.”He can play effectively on either wing and has the speed to trouble his opponents.
In May, the Slovakian teenager played in all three group games for his country’s U-17 team in the European Championships.
The Slovaks finished last in their group, which included Italy, Poland, and Sweden, having surrendered six goals and failing to score even once.
United should invest in young players who will give their best for the squad. Last season, two of our top players, Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho, were promoted from the academy.
