For the first time in ten months, JADON SANCHO is back in the Manchester United training program.
This week, the winger and manager Erik ten Hag had fruitful discussions in which they decided to put their past disagreements behind them.
Jadon Sancho is back to his regular Red Devils training regimen.
At Carrington are other Manchester United players, such as Marcus Rashford.
Erik ten Hag, the manager at Old Trafford, might start over with Sancho.
After playing for his former team, Borussia Dortmund, on loan in the Champions League final, Sancho was granted a prolonged leave of absence.
However, he is currently training in full at Carrington with United’s senior squad.
The club’s friendly against Rosenberg on Monday does not include the 24-year-old traveling to Norway.
However, that is because he began his preseason later than the rest of his club.
United wants to bring the Englishman, who has 23 caps, up to speed.
Sancho “returned for testing,” the Red Devils announced on Wednesday.
After that, “on Thursday, he trained with the group.”
Additionally, United reported that Marcus Rashford, Casemiro, Mason Mount, and Andre Onana all returned to full strength at Carrington this week.
During his previous season on loan at Dortmund, Sancho excelled.
Last September, after Sancho was benched for a Premier League match against Arsenal, Ten Hag and the player fell out.
In response to the Dutchman’s allegations that the wideman had been receiving inadequate training, Sancho said on social media that he had been “a scapegoat for a long time.”
In 2021, Ten Hag froze the £73 million signing from Dortmund, and he hasn’t shown regret for his outburst in public.
Sancho was eventually loaned back to his previous German team in January.
He recovered from his disappointment so well that, although it was anticipated that he would not be included in Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2024 squad, he was called up for a Three Lions recall.
