TWO Man United first team stars could leave Old Trafford right in summer, ETH could earn £40m profit

Manchester United rejected Fulham’s proposal for Scott McTominay and are aware of West Ham’s interest in Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Fulham’s offer for McTominay is said to be less than the £30 million United rejected from West Ham for the Scotland midfielder a year ago, before he scored a career-high ten goals last season.

McTominay, who has received interest from Galatasaray, has only one year left on his deal, although United can extend it for another year.

The 27-year-old was the first of the Euro 2024 players to report for pre-season training on Wednesday, and he might participate in Saturday’s second game against Rangers at Murrayfield.

Meanwhile, West Ham are reportedly considering a deal for Wan-Bissaka in the £15 million range.

The 26-year-old cost United £50 million when he joined from Crystal Palace in 2019, but he is currently in the final year of his contract after the club activated a 12-month extension until June 2025, and may go for free next summer.

Wan-Bissaka, who is also on Galatasaray’s radar, has fallen behind Diogo Dalot in the right-back pecking order.

United are open to accepting bids for the majority of its players to help fund new additions this summer, as long as they match their quality and value.

They are trying to recruit a new right-back and defensive midfielder, so McTominay and Wan-Bissaka are potential options if the price is right.
