At the continuing Esports World Cup in Riyadh on Sunday, Liverpool forward Diogo Jota was outstanding.
Promoted as the biggest gaming and esports event in the world, the tournament will last till August 25 at Boulevard Riyadh City.
What Jota saw on Sunday delighted him and he described as “a really amazing experience.” Last glimpsed at Euro 2024, the Portuguese striker connected with esports players from the Team Falcons and shared gaming and esports experiences.
Passionate gamer Jota has made investments in the international esports company Galaxy Racer.
On the FIFA 21 Champions Leaderboard he came first. Additionally a Twitch streamer, he won an invited series of FIFA games arranged by the Premier League during the CоVID-19 epidemic.
Diogo Jota Esports, his own esports team, was rebranded as Luna Galaxy and today runs under Galaxy Racer.

Over 1,500 players from 60 various nations will participate in the first Esports World Cup in Riyadh.
The eight-week event has a distinctive cross-game structure whereby top teams and individuals from around 22 worldwide leagues and 21 premier events are pitted against one another.
The event is scheduled at the over 8,000 capacity SEF (Saudi Esports Federation) Arena in Boulevard Riyadh City. Considered as the best in esports history is the $60 million prize pool of the event.
